Jessica Allen

Billing Manager
Jess Manages all things "Client billing." She is the liaison between Kime and our billing partner Rev-ignition.  She works behind the scenes to make sure claims process smoothly and patients have no surprises - no small task!  She monitors the processing and responds to issues on 100's of claims every week.  She truly is a master!  She holds the CPC (Certified Professional Coder) designation and is currently pursuing a degree in Health Information Management.

Jess's personal passion is her small farm in Amador County where she raises her 3 young children and enjoys riding and showing her horses (barrel racing and gymkhana). She has recently started a small goat dairy with plans of growing her cattle operation as well. 

Tatiana Bazzano

Customer Service & Operations Manager
Tatiana's ease in mastering all things "tech" is one of her many gifts.  She is the Manager of our Customer Service team and is the front line administrator of our technical systems - EHR, phones, kiosk and credit card processing.  She oversees the day to day workflows of patient intake, customer service, referral management, payment processing, document management, and phone/email/text communication with Clients.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Indiana State University and came to us with several years of experience in healthcare office operations.  One of her personal goals is to  pursue a Master's Degree.
Tatiana's personal passions include hiking, paddle boarding, and being with family.  Tatiana spends most of her time with her dog Ollie scoping out new hiking spots.
